Gracie

Grace was found chained and padlocked in her owner’s backyard. She had no food, no water, and she was underweight and shivering from being out in the cold. After engaging his owner, she was surrendered to us, then transferred to a local animal rescue where she was vaccinated, spayed, and adopted.
