Rescue Well provides year-round feet-on-the street presence in Baltimore’s most at-risk neighborhoods. We are highly integrated into the neighborhoods we serve and we have developed productive relationships with residents. We believe in engaging, educating, then empowering residents to keep their neighborhoods safe.
